Onboarding & paperwork

We sign the DPA, draft the processing register, deliver the Article 32 pack. You get the documents before a single line of code is installed.

Agent install

We install the backup agent on every workstation. You don't have to touch anything technical.

Daily managed retention & verification

Daily automated backups to Hetzner DE/FI. We verify every day they ran correctly — without bothering you.

Quarterly tests & scheduled deletion

Each quarter we run a restore test to ensure everything works. When the legal retention window expires, data is deleted with documentation.

Storage

Storage: 300 GB per workstation

Each workstation gives you 300 GB. If you have more than one, that allowance is pooled into a single shared pool for your entire business.

Example

A clinic with 5 workstations gets 5 × 300 GB = 1.5 TB total. If one machine needs 600 GB, that's fine — the others share the rest of the pool.

End-to-end encryption

AES-256 in transit and at rest. Even we cannot read your data without your key.

EU-only data path

Hetzner data centres in Germany and Finland. No US transfer — zero Schrems II exposure.

10-year retention window

Configured per Law 5104/2024. Automatic deletion when the window expires.

Restore SLA

Guaranteed restore start within 4 business hours of your request.

What happens if the Hellenic DPA audits you

You let us know. Within 24 hours we send you an updated compliance pack — dated, signed, with verification history. We accompany you on every question that touches our technical services.
